Hyundai Santa Fe Engine Lineup

The base-level engine is a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine that gets 191 horsepower and kicks out 181 lb-ft of torque. It’s mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission with SHIFTRONIC® and is standard on the SE and SEL trim levels.
Next up is a turbocharged 2.5L engine that increases your horsepower and torque to 281 and 311 pound-feet, respectively. It’s mated to an 8-speed wet Dual Clutch Transmission that delivers a smooth, athletic, and sporty ride.
Finally, there’s the hybrid powertrain for the Santa Fe. This one matches up the electric motor to a 1.6-liter turbo 4-cylinder engine that delivers a combined 226 horsepower. The powertrain also includes a 6-speed automatic transmission with SHIFTRONIC®.
